Angel Beats — Some Last Images From Japan

While there will still be fan art coming from Japan (especially hentai doujinshi), this is the last batch of images coming from the TV series.

To get things started, lets go with the humor, which there wasn’t much of. This time, it is “tease the characters” with a bowl of food. *lol*

OK, humor time is done, and I’m rather bummed since I rather enjoyed the humorous photoshopped images.

At the end of episode 13, you may remember “Otonashi” and “Kanade” (presuming that these were in fact the reincarnation of those characters) encountering each other in front of a store.

Well, that’s a real place and a Japanese fan posted these images of the joint.

Naturally, this lead to an extraction of “Kanade” from the anime scene to the real-life images.

Then, there’s this cute fan image of Kanade and Otonashi (don’t know the artist).

Finally, here’s a cast image, sans Naoi.

There was a great deal of conversation about this image and some removals of pictures to help with whatever they were discussing. Were I fluent in Japanese, I would have included them all but without knowing the context of the discussion, the other images are meaningless.

There may be more fun images when the last DVD is released in Japan as there will be an OVA that comes out with it. I’ll keep an eye open and if I see some fun images posted, I’ll share.
